- Orders canceled prior to shipment may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable once production has begun.

- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are no longer wanted or needed.
- Improper Use:
- Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Custom or Special Orders:
- Products that are customized or made to order are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Sale or Clearance Items:
- Items purchased on sale or marked as clearance are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
- Return Authorization:
- If your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Refund Processing:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
